Where are you based?

• We are based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire 

​

Do you deliver?

• Sure, we deliver throughout the UK. All Pickles are delivered via Royal Mail, posted first class and aim to deliver the next business day

  • Please note: the goal is to deliver next day, ​ this is not guaranteed

  • Typically all parcels are delivered within 3 working days, but due to current lockdowns and COVID-19 parcels are taking up to a week (sometimes longer) to be delivered (despite sending the parcels First Class)

• Once your Order has been posted, you will be issued a delivery Reference Number - this is not a tracking number - although once delivered, the Royal Mail Track and Trace website is updated accordingly

Is there a minimum order?

• Nope, you can order 1 or 100 jars of Pickles!

Is there a Delivery Charge?

• Yes, all orders will have a Shipping/Delivery charge 

• The Shipping/Delivery Charge is based on the number of jars you order and reflects the Post Office charge for a first class small parcel delivery 

• You can see the Shipping/Delivery Costs at all time in your Shopping Cart - this information is not hidden, or secretly added to your order at the end

I would like to order a Pickle, but it is Out of Stock

• We make pickles in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and taste

• This means that sometimes popular Pickles sell out quickly, but don't worry - at any time we will have batches at different stages of the Pickling process  

• Send us a quick note, via the Contact Us page, and we'll let you know (approximately) when your Pickle will be back in stock

Which oil do you use in your Pickles?

• Olive Oil is used in the Pickles - please refer to each pickle's ingredients information for full details

Do you sell the Pickles in different size jars?

• Not at the moment, all Pickles come in a 190ml jar 

• If this changes, we'll update the website allowing you to order from the available sizes

I would like to order a large quantity of Pickles

• No problem. Please get in touch, via the Contact Us page, and let us know which Pickle(s) you would like, the quantity and when - and we'll do our best to accommodate your request

I would like to purchase a Pickle variety that you don't currently stock

• Great! We are regularly adding new Pickle varieties to our Pickle Product list, send us your request and we'll let you know the possibilities

How do i eat the Pickles?

• It is entirely up to you! 

• The Pickles can be eaten as they are, take a piece of the Pickle to accompany whatever you're eating and wait for the wonderful taste explosion in your mouth! 

• The Pickles can be added to a sandwich, a jacket potato, cooking sauces (blitzed with the other ingredients), fish dishes (Gooseberry Pickle and Mackerel is a firm favourite!) 

• The pickles can also be eaten on their own. Many people are consuming the Turmeric Pickle, Garlic Pickle and Ginger Pickle purely for the health benefits; pickled herbs and spices offer a more palatable way to consume these superfoods  

• The opportunities are endless!

How should i store my Pickles once opened?

• Once opened, it is really important to ensure you store the Pickles in a cool, dry place and shake the jar regularly (allowing the natural juices to moisten the contents)

• Do not put the Pickle in the fridge, this allows moisture to get into the Pickle and significantly reduces the shelf life

• Don't worry, simply get in touch via the Contact Us page, and we'll be happy to assist you with your query

• In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your Pickle, Contact Us and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue. Please ensure you take pictures of the Pickle, these can be shared via email once we're in touch with you
